The History of the Chainier family starts in the 18th century when the ancestors of Pierre Chainier cultivated vines in Bordeaux. After several years, it is in the Loire Valley that the Chainier House was founded in 1973. This tradition has been carried from father to sons and the Chainier House now, brings together many professional expert, partners, wineries and major importers. It can thus offer wines from its vinification and selections and also from its own vineyards.

Today the Chainier HOUSE represents 250 Ha in the heart of Touraine and produces the finest wines of the Loire Valley, exporting on five continents with the same commitment for quality.

The diversity of soils and microclimates of the region, a varietal cradle of exceptions, can produce an incredible variety of wines. The marriage of these exceptions; land and love of the Chainier family for its vineyards provides unique assemblages, for powerful and fine wines popular both in France and abroad continuously receiving the most prestigious awards.
