Sustainable farming practices (we only treat the vines when necessary and not as a matter of course on all parcels of land).

 

Selection of the parcels of land used to produce the grapes or grape must that we buy. An oenologist only approves the parcels after thoroughly inspecting the sanitary conditions, grape load and grape distribution on the stock.

 

Rigorous selection of the wines used to produce our vintages (when purchasing wine from each grower, we make our decisions on a vat-by-vat basis, leading to considerable improvements in quality).
