| The vineyard, stretching out uninterruptedly and facing due south, grows in the so-called “Perruches” soil (flint clay). The main grape varieties are Sauvignon Blanc for white wine and Côt Cabernet Franc for red. It is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. |
